2. Our Products

We sell handmade wall art and indoor planters. Each item is individually made, so:

• Small variations in colour, texture, and size may occur.

• Product photos are for guidance only; actual items may differ slightly.

If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.

3. Prices, Payments & Orders

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude taxes as indicated on the site.

• We may change prices at any time, but the price at checkout applies to your order.

• We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or payment is not authorised; if so, we will refund you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to: The United Kingdom, selected EU Countries, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. If your country is not listed please get in touch for a quotation.

• A tracking number is always provided.

• Estimated delivery times: UK 2–3 working days, EU 3–15 working days, USA/Canada 3-5 working days, Australia/New Zealand around 5-8 working days after dispatch.

  *Please note *Import duties may apply* when your order enters your country. We cannot be held responsible for any additional import fees or delays caused by your countries customs operations.

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and order size. Please get in touch for a tailored shipping quotation if in doubt.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Change of mind (consumer orders):

• If you are a consumer in the UK/EU, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the products, unless an exception applies (e.g. a custom order or personalised items).

• To cancel, contact us at hello@framedrealitydesigns.com with your order number and details.

• You are responsible for returning the products in their original condition and for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake).

• We will refund you within a reasonable time after we receive the returned items.

Damaged or faulty items:

• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48hrs of delivery with photos and your order number.

• We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your legal rights.

We may refuse a refund if items are returned used, damaged (beyond the reported issue), or not in a resellable condition (except where they arrived faulty).

Product Safety & EU GPSR / Responsible Person

We sell wall art and indoor planters for indoor decorative use only. Unless otherwise stated:

• Products are not toys and should be kept away from children.

• Products should be kept away from open flames and high heat sources.

• Fixings and hanging hardware should be installed securely and checked regularly.

If plants or fillers are used, follow any care and safety instructions provided.

For sales to consumers in the EU, we take reasonable steps to ensure our products are safe for their intended use, including:
