Framed Reality Designs, based in Powys, Wales, began about a decade ago as an outlet for pent up creativity in the place where most small start-ups begin - our dining room table.

As a husband and wife team, we have run a successful Etsy store (check us out!) and enjoyed creating unique art pieces for both private and business customers worldwide. We have worked with small start-ups through to large, multinational, big brand names. We have shipped to over 16 countries (at the last count) and continue to serve both the European Union and the United States as well as our UK home market.

We produce zero-maintenance faux botanical decor such as wall hangings, planters and other bespoke pieces for homes and businesses.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 7-10 working days if your order is a made-to-order item. Larger or highly customised projects are quoted on an ad hoc basis. Stock items are dispatched within 1 business day.

What do you make?

We offer a variety of options to fit your decor needs and budget such as wall art panels, planters, lettering or bespoke pieces. Please visit our online store in the link above for more information.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide with full tracking always provided.

United Kingdom - Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 days) or upgrade to Express: First Class (1-2 days). Some larger items will be shipped by UPS or DPD depending on value & weight.

United States/Canada - shipping typically takes 2-5 days by UPS standard and 1-2 days by UPS express (*Import duty/taxes may apply*).

Are your pieces made from real plants?

All items are faux artificial (or preserved where stated) and therefore require zero maintenance and care.

For cleaning please use a feather duster or similar. Do not wash your piece. Keep out of direct sunlight or adverse weather - a shaded area is best if being used outdoors. Do not allow your piece to become wet.

Can I use my pieces outside?

They are best suited for indoor use however, if you wish to use your piece outdoors, then it is best to keep it out of direct sunlight or adverse weather - a shaded area is optimal if being used outdoors and always keep it dry!

Where do you ship to?

We ship globally. Please get in touch for a shipping quotation if your country of residence is not visible at check out.

Are there any safety instructions?

Our items are for decorative purposes only. They are not toys and are therefore not suitable for children due to them containing small parts if disassembled.

Wall Art: Make sure the product is securely attached to the wall to avoid any potential hazards. Check fixings regularly.

Planters & other pieces: Make sure the item is displayed on a flat suitable surface out of reach of children.
